IC-A220 VHF Air band transceiver
Icom's A220 panel mount transceiver is one of the popular choices among experimental and light sport pilots. The TSO-approved version is compatible with all certified Part 23 aircraft. This air-to-ground transceiver can function at both 8.33 kHz and 25 kHz channel spacing frequencies. It has the brightest OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) display on the market, which has several advantages over traditional displays in terms of brightness, vividness, high contrast, broad viewing angle, and response speed. The A220 also includes a built-in two-station intercom that is compatible with 12 or 24 volts and has automatic squelch.
